How to Access Your Account
To access your account online for the first time:
- Use your account number and 4-digit Phone Personal Identification Number (PIN).
- Once you log in, you will select a new User ID and stronger password and set up your account security.
- There is no charge to use Online Banking.
If you do not remember your PIN:
- Please visit your local branch to set one up.
- If you are unable to visit a branch, please call us at (636) 537-4473 or 888-251-4310 and we can send you one by postal mail.
To obtain web access to your accounts:
- You must use a support browser (For Example: Internet Explorer 11.0 or higher, the latest version of Edge, Firefox or Chrome, or Safari 9 or higher).
- Please note that in order for us to provide the most secure banking environment, we will not support browsers or operating systems using the TLS 1.0 and 1.1 protocols after February 25, 2019.
- Please update your operating system or browser so that you will not be impacted. If you have questions on whether your operating system or browser are supported, please call us at (636) 537-4473.

Use Apple Pay with iPhone® 6 or newer to pay at participating merchants without swiping your card and within apps without entering payment and contact information. Just pay with a single touch of your finger using Touch ID™.
With Apple Pay, instead of using your actual credit and debit card numbers when you add your card, a unique Device Account Number is assigned, encrypted and securely stored. And when you make a purchase, the Device Account Number alongside a transaction-specific dynamic security code is used to process your payment. So your actual credit or debit card numbers are never shared by Apple with merchants or transmitted with payment. In addition, paying with Apple Pay is private, as the cashier never sees your name, card number or security code.

After you've added your First Community card(s) to Apple Pay, it's easy to make it your default payment option. If your First Community card is the first card added to Apple Pay, it automatically becomes the default, so you don't need to do anything. If another card is your current default, simply go to your device's "Settings," open "Passbook & Apple Pay," then "Default Card" and select the First Community credit or debit card from the list of cards you've enrolled as your default card.
