What if We Need to Contact You? 

It is important to maintain your account information and keep your contact info up to date. In the excitement of changes, it is easy to forget. Are you planning on moving soon? Don't forget to update your address. Have you had a recent name change? Please let us know by visiting one of our branches and provide supporting documents. If you have a new email address or phone number, we need to have that too, so we have the best way to contact you with critical, non-marketing updates or information.

To update your address, phone number, or email address, you may do so a number of ways:

  • Using Online Banking
    • Login to online banking
    • Click the gear icon on the top-right
    • Choose My Settings
  • By phone or Online Chat
    • You must have your audio/phone PIN. This is not the same as your debit card PIN.
    • Call our Information Center at 636-728-3333. 
    • Chat live with a representative by clicking Louie at the bottom of our website.
  • In person
