This presentation is designed for parents, grandparents, caregivers, and other family members who want to better understand how estate planning and special needs planning work together to protect a loved one's future.

About Christine:

Attorney Christine A. Alsop is the owner of The Elder and Disability Law Firm of Christine A. Alsop, LLC, where she helps older adults, individuals with disabilities, and the families who love them navigate estate planning, special needs planning, elder law, and long-term care issues. With over fifteen years of experience serving seniors and individuals with disabilities, Christine brings extensive legal knowledge, exceptional trial advocacy skills, and a compassionate, practical approach to helping families protect those they love.

Christine is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois and is a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners. She previously served as Chair of the Advocacy and Litigation Section of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and has served on numerous boards, including the American Parkinson Disease Association and the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis. She regularly provides expert consultation on Medicare Set-Aside arrangements and is a frequent speaker on estate planning, elder law, disability planning, and special needs planning topics for families, attorneys, social workers, and other professionals.
