Collections Representative
There is an immediate opening in the Collections department for a full-time collector. Job duties would include calling on past due accounts, knowledge of Branch Suite, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel programs and various other tasks. The ideal candidate will be well organized, detail oriented and have excellent communication skills.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and rotating Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
You will receive a full day off during the week when a Saturday is worked.

Credit Analyst
We are seeking an In-Person Credit Analyst at our corporate office in Chesterfield, MO. This position plays a key role in evaluating commercial loan requests and supporting the growth of our business lending portfolio. This position will analyze financial data, assess risk, and prepare loan proposals that align with our credit union’s standards and member-focused values. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work closely with the Asst. Vice President of Business Lending to build relationships with prospective business members and meet annual portfolio growth goals.
- Review and underwrite business loan applications in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
- Analyze financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, and other data to assess loan profitability and risk.
- Utilize Sageworks and other underwriting software to support credit analysis and documentation.
- Evaluate collateral sources and monitor the financial health of business borrowers.
- Prepare comprehensive loan proposals for presentation to the Loan Committee.
- Ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant prior to closing.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on business lending products and procedures.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 2+ years of experience in credit analysis, commercial lending, or financial services.

Reporting to the Manager of Advertising and Media Strategy, this position is responsible for marketing and brand creative that achieves First Community’s goals and objectives for growth, member service, profitability, and visibility, while ensuring a consistent message and position aligned with the corporate direction.
To be considered for the role, candidates must have solid experience with email marketing campaigns, including layout, graphics, and scheduling. The candidate should also be experienced with various types of organic and paid marketing channels, including content marketing, PPC advertising, search engine optimization, outdoor marketing, website design, landing page optimization, copywriting, and comprehensive performance analytics of marketing campaigns.
Furthermore, they should be self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, often spontaneous environment. They will also maintain a focus on staying up-to-date with marketing changes and trends.
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Leverage digital channels such as email marketing, online advertising, and paid search to reach and engage with the target audiences.

IT Helpdesk Specialist
Provides technical support to users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. The first point of contact for users seeking assistance and are responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving basic technical problems, often via phone, email, or in-person. Will also document issues, escalate complex problems, and provide guidance to users on using IT systems.
Job Duties
- Implement, install, configure, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing and new Windows workstation operating systems
- Automate systems tasks using popular scripting languages
- Create and maintain system documentation and inventory

Skills
