Collections Representative

There is an immediate opening in the Collections department for a full-time collector. Job duties would include calling on past due accounts, knowledge of Branch Suite, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel programs and various other tasks. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and rotating Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Junior Auditor

As Junior Auditor, you will be involved in comprehensive training designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the field of internal auditing. You will work closely with experienced auditors, gaining hands-on experience in evaluating financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and identifying areas for improvement within our organization. Loan Servicing Representative

There is an immediate opening for a Loan Servicing Representative at our corporate office located in Chesterfield. Loan Servicing Representatives service all existing consumer loans and credit cards with the credit union. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and take pride in helping others.

Responsibilities Includes:
• Assisting members and other employees with Loan Servicing questions via inbound phone calls, live chats, and online tickets.
• Responding to requests for loan payoffs, letter of guarantees, and other requests made to the department via email and fax from insurance companies, car dealerships, and others.
• Providing support to the department in other various tasks including auditing loan documents, processing lien releases and releasing titles, processing title paperwork for refinances, processing inbound mail from other institutions and DMVs, filing GAP and debt protection claims, and posting loan payoff checks.

The hours for this position are Monday – Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. When working a Saturday, you will receive a full day off during the week.

Mortgage Clerk

There is an immediate opening in our Mortgage Department for a Mortgage Clerk. The ideal candidate will be the liaison between our member and the processor answering questions regarding the status of the member’s mortgage file. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to answering incoming calls, assisting members with questions regarding mortgage products and rates, verification of documents such as appraisals, flood verifications, member employment and income. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, possess excellent member service skills and be very organized.

The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  and Saturdays as needed from 8:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. When working a Saturday you receive a day off during the week. Rotating Monday - Friday 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Job duties include speaking with members and employees pertaining to First Community mortgages, performing transactions in Branch Suite and handling various post close mortgage servicing tasks such as auditing, servicing escrow accounts, creating deed of releases and completing payoff requests.

The hours for this position are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. with rotating Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., with a day off during the week when a Saturday is worked.

Resource Specialist

There is an immediate opening in our Information Center for a Resource Specialist. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping people, have great communication skills with both members and co-workers, possess strong organizational, analytical and multitasking skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Duties include fielding inbound calls and chats to assist members with analyzing, researching and resolving inquiries related to member accounts, conducting basic financial transactions and other various tasks. 

Full-time hours for this position are Monday - Friday 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. with a day off during the week when a Saturday is worked. Employee must be able to work at least two Saturdays a month.
