First Community Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager for our new location in Waterloo, Illinois. Qualified candidates are highly-motivated, team-oriented, and courteous with strong interpersonal and leadership skills with 3-5 years of manager experience preferred. The candidate will be required to be actively involved with business development and community outreach events to establish a presence and drive new member relationships. Potential candidates should be familiar with the Waterloo and Columbia Illinois area.

Financial Service Consultant III - Waterloo

There is an immediate opening for a full-time Financial Service Consultant III at our newest location in Waterloo, IL.  Financial Service Consultants process financial transactions, answer questions for members regarding their account or the credit union, open new accounts and take loan applications. Must be friendly, have an outgoing personaility and a flexible schedule. Cash handling experience and stable work history is preferred.

The hours are 8:15 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and 8:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The staff will work a 4 day work week on a rotating schedule.

Part-time Financial Service Consultant - Waterloo

There is an immediate opening for a part-time Financial Service Consultant at our newest location in Waterloo, IL. Financial Service Consultants process financial transactions and answer questions for     members regarding their account or the credit union. Must be friendly and have an outgoing personality. Cash handling experience and stable work history is preferred.

This is a part-time position. The hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:15 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday 8:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The employee can expect to work approximatley 25 hours per week and the schedule is somewhat flexible.

Loan Servicing Representative - Chesterfield

There is an immediate opening for a full-time Loan Servicing Representative at our corporate office in Chesterfield. Loan Servicing Representatives assist our members with their exisiting First Community loans. Duties include answering inbound phone calls, processing loan maintenence transactions on our members accounts and giving excellent member service. Must be friendly, have an outgoing personaility and be able to multi-task. Customer service experience and stable work history is preferred.

The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Manager of Fraud Investigations - Chesterfield

First Community Credit Union is seeking a Manager of Fraud Investigations at our corporate office located in Chesterfield, MO. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 to 5 years of management experience and a background in law enforcement. The Manager will act as a liaison to local, state and federal law enforcement agencies regarding issues pertaining to fraud, illegal or inappropriate activities, handle the exchange of information (including terroristic information), and represent the Credit Union at various court appearances. The Manager will be required to stay informed of current laws, regulations, common practices and trends in the fraud/security investigation field. The candidate must possess the ability to render good judgment, make well informed decisions and de-escalate conflict through effective communication.

Member Service Representative - Chesterfield

There is an immediate opening for a Member Service Representative in our Member Service Center. Member Service Center Representatives process financial transactions and answer questions for members regarding their account or the credit union. Duties include answering inbound calls and processing basic financial transactions. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping people and have great communication skills. Stable work history is preferred.

The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and rotating Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. When working a Saturday the employee would receive a day off during the week.
