Junior Security Administrator

We are seeking a Jr. Security Administrator at our corporate office in Chesterfield, MO. This individual will provide tier 3 security services to first community infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime, access to software applications and secure end- user data. Provide technical and support services for all security hardware and software applications. Monitors firewall and IDS/IPS logs necessary to protect the credit union assets. Documentation of infrastructure hardware and software changes. Daily upkeep and administration of security posture applications such as Rapid 7, Crowdstrike, and Umbrella. Responsible for design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of FCCU security posture and applications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintains appropriate access and security levels throughout active directory, servers, LAN/WAN, and other security related equipment.
  • Monitors system and security logs, activity and network traffic for suspicious behavior; performs remediation tasks as necessary.
  • Scanning and assessing network for Vulnerabilities.
  • Performs risk assessments, such as vulnerability and penetration tests, to ensure security measures identify and defend against threats.
  • Develops and implements disaster recovery plans to safeguard data from accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure.
  • Maintains current knowledge of emerging security and technology trends, vulnerabilities and breaches; makes recommendations for system protection upgrades and security standards as needed.
  • Configures and provides technical support for security tools, such as firewalls, filtering and anti-virus/EDR software.
  • Installs and supports Windows servers, VMWare, MS365, MS SQL Server, SANS, Active Directory and network security solutions. 
  • Plans and conducts training for users to understand and adhere to security protocols.
  • Collaborates and networks with other IT support personnel and professionals.
  • Interacts with users in a professional, courteous, and responsive manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1-3 years of relevant experience in cyber security and system administration.

  • Knowledge of maintaining windows servers, networks, and security applications.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting or Python.
  • Knowledge of Windows Group policy and Active Directory.
  • Ability to troubleshoot application, performance, and security issues.
  • Network + and Security + certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of vulnerability management.
  • Knowledge of application and windows patches.
  • Strong knowledge of virus, spyware protection tools and security devices.
  • Preferred experience with Rapid 7, Crowdstrike and Cisco Umbrella.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.

ATM Plus Teller

As an ATM Plus Teller you will provide assistance to members from a centralized location at our Corporate East Building through video transmission via the Interactive Teller Machine (ATM+)

Duties and responsibilities include: Offering a positive, professional attitude while communicating effectively through on-screen technology.  Engage members and educate them on First Community products and services. Conduct member transactions that can be complex and require sound decision-making skills and approvals.

Position Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable appearing on camera and have exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work seamlessly and efficiently across several different platforms simultaneously.
  • Must possess analytical and technical skills to address questions and issues related to electronic services and ensure a smooth and efficient banking experience for our members.
  • Through video transmission via the ATM+, process a variety of lobby and drive thru financial transactions including, but not limited to, deposits, payments, transfers, check cashing and withdrawals. Ensures that proper endorsements and identification are obtained and follows credit union policies and procedures.
  • Monitor ATM+ to ensure they are working properly, alerting management of any operating issues.
  • Must be able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced virtual environment.
  • Good typing skills and a solid history of customer service to include handling escalated, in-depth and detailed conversations.
  • Strong work ethic and integrity
  • Ability to effectively work and contribute to a positive team environment.

Electronic Services

There is an immediate opening in our Electronic Services Department for a Call Center Representative. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping people, have great communication skills with both members and co-workers, be proficient in technology across multiple platforms including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Excel, possess strong clerical, analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills and have the capability to learn quickly and work at a fast pace. Lending

Loan Servicing

There is an immediate opening for a Loan Servicing Representative at our corporate office located in Chesterfield. Loan Servicing Representatives service all existing consumer loans and credit cards with the credit union. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and take pride in helping others.

Job duties include:
• Assisting members and other employees with Loan Servicing questions via inbound phone calls, live chats, and online tickets.
• Responding to requests for loan payoffs, letter of guarantees, and other requests made to the department via email and fax from insurance companies, car dealerships, and others.
• Providing support to the department in other various tasks including auditing loan documents, processing lien releases and releasing titles, processing title paperwork for refinances, processing inbound mail from other institutions and DMVs, filing GAP and debt protection claims, and posting loan payoff checks.

The hours for this position are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with occasional Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., with a day off during the week when a Saturday is worked.

There is an immediate opening in the Collections department for a full-time collector. Job duties include speaking with members and employees pertaining to First Community mortgages, performing transactions in Branch Suite and handling various post close mortgage servicing tasks such as auditing, servicing escrow accounts, creating deed of releases and completing payoff requests.
