How do I enroll in eStatements?

On Mobile:

1. Log into the mobile app
2. Tap 'More' on the bottom navigation bar
3. Tap E-Statements
4. Fill out Enrollment Form

1. Sign in to online banking
2. Click E-Statements on the top right next to 'Featured'
3. Fill out Enrollment Form

We do not require our members to have online banking in order to access their eStatements.

If you wish to enroll an account in eStatements without having online banking:

1. Visit the eStatement Portal
   

   eStatements

2. Enter the corresponding member number into the member number box
3. Do not enter anything into the Password box
4. Click "Enroll for e-statements"

Please note: When you sign up for eStatements, you will no longer receive a statement in your mailbox. If at any time you find you prefer to return to a mailed statement, just let us know.

What information is available in my eStatement portal?

Members can view and print their monthly account statements, as well as any 1098 and 1099 tax forms.

Can I switch back to paper statements if I no longer want eStatements? 

Yes, you can switch back to the paper statements at any time. Simply login to Online Banking on desktop, select "Secure Forms," then "Cancel Your Online Services."  Complete the appropriate sections and click "Submit." Please allow 1-3 business days for the form to be processed.

NOTE: If you have a First Rate Checking account, eStatements are one of the requirements to earn the qualifying interest rate. If you choose to switch back to paper statements, you will no longer qualify and you will be paid the non-qualifying rate on all First Rate balances during each qualifying cycle.

How many months of E-statements are accessible?

Your statements remain online in your Statement Library for a rolling 18-month period. Statements older than 18 months are available by contacting the Information Center at (636) 728-3333 or visiting a local branch.

Will I miss out on great offers and important updates that come with my monthly mailed statement?

No. With eStatements, you will receive the same information electronically.
