Introducing our ATM Plus! It’s an ATM with added benefits! First Community wants to make our member experience even better. Our ATM Plus, or Interactive Teller Machine, is here to provide the same experience you receive with our Financial Service Consultants, but via video. This is a real-time video interaction that offers the same level of expected service received in person. First Community remote tellers are able to assist you from our Chesterfield, Missouri headquarters with a variety of transactions.
This experience is meant to provide interactive and efficient banking through a traditional ATM and also expedite simple transactions to allow our branch personnel to address and serve additional members with more complex transactions such as applying for a loan or opening a new account.
Our ATM Plus enables you to:
- Speak to a real Financial Service Consultant via video
- Deposit cash and checks without a debit card
- Get cash back
- Cash checks*
- Balance inquiry
- Make a payment with cash or check
- Transfer funds between your First Community accounts
- Access all accounts-personal and business
Our ATM Plus does not accept or dispense coin. If cashing a check, the coin will be deposited to your account. If you would like to deposit coin, please visit a nearby branch. View our locations and their available services here.
*Checks drawn off a First Community account can be cashed by non-members at any lobby ITM for a small fee.
Simply touch the screen to get started and you will be greeted by a First Community ATM Plus Teller ready to help! Your debit card is not needed to speak with a video teller.
To utilize the ATM without video, just insert your card. Our ATM functions like a normal ATM 24/7.
