**Offer of 2.99% Annual Percentage Rate on First Line Home Equity Loan is good for one year after closing date. After introductory period rate adjusts quarterly to Prime Rate plus .5% or 1.0% based on equity in home. These rates are currently 3.75% APR and 4.25%APR. Maximum APR is 20.04%.
